Acción que consiste en mover 5 tejidos durante 4 horas. Son obras que principalmente han sido hechas para dialogar con el entorno y lo que me interesa es su relación con lo popular, con la artesanía como referente principal (su materialidad, el tejido). Es así como La Vega se ha transformado en el contexto donde estas obras se encuentran, dialogan, entre si, con el espacio, con la gente. En el estacionamiento las obras circulan, cambian de posición según lo que ocurre a su alrededor, oscurece, prendo un fuego y congrego a amigos. Se forman conversaciones entre los locales y las visitas, con estas esculturas como elemento conductor.
Action that consists of moving 5 woven sculptures for 4 hours. These works were made mostly as means to dialogue with their environment and what most interests me is their relationship towards the popular, with artisan craft as their main reference (its materiality, the weave). This is how La Vega has become the main context where these works find themselves, dialogue, between each other, with space and its people. They circulate through the parking lot, change position depending on what happens around them, it gets dark, I light a fire and gather friends. Conversations happen between the guests and locals, with my sculptures and catalysts.
